Standard chemicals are included in all weekly plans — there are no hidden extras.

You won't receive surprise invoices for chemicals used during routine visits. The only exception would be specialist treatments for unusual problems, which we'd always discuss with you first.

Yes, and we strongly recommend it. Pools in Axarquía can go green in as little as a week during summer if left unattended. We maintain pools at second homes and empty properties year-round, so the water stays clean and the equipment stays in good condition — ready for whenever you visit.

What if my pool has gone green?

Accepted Answer

We offer a green pool recovery service. We'll visit to assess the condition, then shock-treat and clean the pool over one or more visits depending on how severe the problem is. Once the pool is restored, we can transition you to a weekly maintenance plan to prevent it from happening again.

How often should a pool be cleaned in Spain?

At minimum, once a week. The heat, dust, pollen, and intense sunlight in southern Spain mean pool water degrades quickly without regular attention. During peak summer or heavy use, some pools benefit from twice-weekly visits. We'll recommend the right frequency based on your pool and usage.

Yes. While pool use is highest from May to October, pools still need care through the cooler months. Chemistry can drift, debris accumulates, and equipment needs to keep running. We offer year-round maintenance plans with adjusted schedules for the winter period.
